Entrance to the show is included with The Botanical Garden admission ticket. Come and enjoy the gorgeous blooms all grown by gardeners from Atlanta, North Georgia, and beyond. Consulting Rosarians will be on hand to answer all of your rose gardening questions.

How to Battle Pests and Diseases with Organic Products

GARS Organic Gardening Series. We welcome Ryan McGarry, Territory Sales Manager for Bonide. An American company based out of New York, Bonide has a diverse portfolio of Organic Gardening Products that are produced right here in the USA. Bonide has the seal of approval on many of their products by the American Rose Society. Join us June 8, 2024, to learn how to help keep your roses protected against disease, insects and all the pests you love to hate.

Worm Composting

GARS Organic Gardening Series. We welcome our very own Jessica Jordan, Consulting Rosarian. According to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the US, “food is the single largest category of material placed in municipal landfills, where it emits methane, a powerful greenhouse gas.” So how do we keep our food waste out of the landfills? Jessica will teach you how to put worms to work and turn those kitchen scraps into compost your roses with love!

We have even more events scheduled through the year. Open to rose society members and the public.
